Perfect for beginners learning foundational practices or experienced practitioners looking to deepen their meditation journey through expert guidance and feedback. Meeting point is at our Sim, the beautifully decorated structure on the left upon entering the temple.

To ensure respectful use of our teaching monk's time and to allow other visitors the opportunity to schedule sessions, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and organized environment while honoring everyone's time and commitment to spiritual practice. Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel. Rescheduling: Appointment changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative time slot based on availability during Sunday sessions (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM).
